Maria Lavman Vetö

Maria Lavman Vetö  is based in Malmö and has studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts (1984-90) and School of Arts and Communication – Malmö University (2001-2003).
She  is exploring color, scale and perception basically with painting/digital images and has also participated in installation/netart projects for example “Re-Evolution”, a project on the Internet  and Modern Museum of Art, Helsinki, where visitors were invited to contribute a part of the exhibited works (1995) “Walk A Path”, Ronneby Brunnspark, where sound was combined with motion sensors and a direct connection to Internet (2005), ”Print Screen Copy Paste” , www.Netfilmmakers.dk, Edition 4; Memorybox, (2005), ”I (me) A Soundmirror”, 8 artists where invited by “Tagging Art” to explore and critically relate to Second Life with a physical part at u.l.k.; Statens Museum for Kunst, Copenhagen (2008).
