Cordula Ditz

One focus of Cordula Ditz’s work is the gender-conscious analysis of artistic and, in the broadest sense, cultural gestures and conventions. The artist uses different media. In addition to video works, she uses installations and large-format paintings. By means of quotations, serial works, collages and repetitions, she examines, among other things, states of behaviour and perception. Aspects of the uncanny and the supernatural play a special role, which she explores using various methods.
